Shipping & Returns
We proudly ship all orders from our home town of Christchurch, New Zealand, using tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3.00pm the same day, if not they will be sent the next business day.
Your confirmation email will include parcel tracking details and the carrier.
Our goal is to work with courier companies that love our customers as much as we do, to get your parcel to you fast and in great condition.
We appreciate your patience as the current local and global shipping delays are outside of our control.

Free shipping on all orders over $50
Fixed fee of $10 on all orders under $50
Rest of World
Free shipping on all orders over $150
Fixed fee of $50 on all orders under $150.
Please Note: Au Natural Skinfood will not be liable for any import duties and customs payable on arrival to your country. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser.
We are confident you will love our products, but if for some reason you don't, we will refund you in full, less any postage charges.
If you have changed your mind about one of our products or it didn’t meet your expectations, please let us know. If you placed your order direct via aunaturalskinfood.com please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note we cannot refund postage. Your order must have been placed within the last 60 days. Returned items must be at least 75% unused. If they were part of a bundle or special set please return the whole set to us.
Once our team has reviewed the order and the returned goods, we will be in touch to confirm if you would prefer a refund to the purchase card, or we can send you a replacement product. If you purchased your Au Natural Skinfood products from a retail outlet, please contact them directly in the first instance.
